    Lewis and Clark Lake, near Yankton, is one of the state park system’s most popular resort parks. Three separate campgrounds comprise this modern recreation area, attracting visitors from throughout the Midwest. Modern resort facilities – from marinas to camping cabins to sandy beaches – attract water lovers to Lewis and Clark.

    Park Specs

    Open: Year-round. Between Oct. 1 and April 30, showers, flush toilets and other water systems may be closed. Please contact the park directly for current status. Vault toilets usually remain open.

    Park Size: 418 campsites, 19 cabins (each sleeps 4 people) and 1 tent site Same-day reservations: 107 sites. Call 1.800.710.2267 starting at 7 a.m. CT the day you wish to camp.
