Ethan is a small community just 10 miles south of Mitchell, South Dakota that is over 125 years old. Our town has many activities to offer for people of all ages, including a beautiful park, great schools and local businesses. It’s a great community for friends and family to come together.

Recreation / Community Events

Ethan has an active historical society that hosts events and maintains city history. They also support the school’s pre-game events, as the town hosts football, basketball and volleyball events. Ethan has groups meeting for all ages from senior citizens to Girl Scouts.
