The Hillside Resort has been a long standing and well-known restaurant in the Madison area for many years. We have a diverse menu and fully-stocked bar. Coated with our signature rub and fire-grilled, our Certified Angus Beef steaks have a flavor all their own. We also have fresh seafood being served daily with our own special twist. We are open 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Sunday.
