Skogen Kitchen, located in Custer in the southern Black Hills, is a chef-driven concept that offers innovative breakfast and dinner options. Skogen means “the Forest” in Norwegian. This name is a nod to our heritage and our surroundings. However, you will see influences on our menu from other cultures. We offer fun, innovative and creative options for breakfast, 7-11 a.m. (Wednesday-Sunday), and for dinner, 5-8 p.m. (Wednesday-Saturday). We look forward to seeing you soon!
