REDwater Kitchen in Spearfish is a new age gastro pub providing the freshest local ingredients, crafting the way for the freshest scratch food and cocktails in the Black Hills with a push on craft beer. We are a locally-sourced, made-from-scratch farm to fork restaurant. Our mission is to provide guests with a memorable meal and a full-service experience. We are open 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m.-9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
