Rapid City’s Pistachio Pie Bakery is a full scratch pie shop, meaning that everything we offer is made completely from scratch, with fresh ingredients and baked fresh daily. We have 11 flavors of pie that we offer year-round, in addition to some seasonal flavors as well. Other desserts we offer are cookies, french macarons, hand pies, and a wide variety of cheesecakes.
