Make time for history at the Old Courthouse Museum in downtown Sioux Falls. This beautifully-restored 1800s quartzite building has three floors of regional history exhibits. The Old Courthouse Museum is a Siouxland Heritage Museum (along with the Pettigrew Home and Museum). We are open seven days a week and our hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Wednesday and Friday; 8 a.m.-9 p.m., Thursday; 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday; and 12-5 p.m., Sunday. We are closed on major holidays. Admission is free.
