CJ’s Patisserie is a French-inspired, made-from-scratch bakery and coffee shop in Aberdeen’s downtown. We use quality ingredients and bake fresh daily. CJ’s is located in the Southeast corner of the Briscoe Building. We are open Wednesday through Saturday and our hours are 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday; 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday; and 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Saturday.
