Chislic is a South Dakota tradition – specifically a southeast South Dakota tradition. Legend says it was brought to that little corner of our state in the 1800s by German Russian immigrants. Apparently it was so good, those sneaky farmers kept the recipe to themselves. Ok, maybe we just made that part up. Urban Chislic in Sioux Falls pays homage to this insanely tasty creation with an entire menu dedicated to blowing your mind. We offer lamb chislic as well as beef, chicken and pork, along with homemade sauces and rubs. We are open seven days a week and our hours are 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 9:30 a.m.-9 p.m., Sunday.
