Horatio’s Homemade Ice Cream in Custer is a locally-owned homemade, small batch ice cream shop. We are located in the 1881 First National Bank of Dakota Territory building and serve cones, sundaes, floats, ice cream sandwiches and espresso. Ice cream flavors change regularly.
